Resource scarcity, technological sovereignty, and alliance fracture: the globalized world is unwinding along its own supply lines, and every state is pulling the same rope in opposite directions.

The fruit does not fall far from the tree, but it rolls far from the root. Wisdom is not the sum of the pills — it is what the pills become when they stop being separate.
